Clawmark Toys is a family owned small business.  We pride ourselves on our individual customer service.  Please bear in mind that Tom and Diane run Clawmark by themselves and we do our utmost to “Make Monster Dreams Come True.”

WHEN PLACING CREDIT CARD ORDERS OVER THE SITE:  Our Credit Card System is SO SECURE that we do NOT have ACCESS to your Credit Card Information. We can only see the last four digits of your number so be assured that your information is SECURE.

Our Credit Card Processor has an "ADDRESS VERIFICATION SYSTEM".  When you place your order, you MUST use the address where you receive your CREDIT CARD BILL.   If you require your items to be sent to another address, include it with your order information, but you MUST use the address where you receive your CREDIT CARD BILL to BE ABLE TO PLACE A CREDIT CARD ORDER!!

SHIPPING METHODS  We at Clawmark Toys do our BEST to get your package prepared and mailed out FAST. However, Diane DOES NOT SHIP EVERY DAY except during the Christmas Season.  We can ship by US First Class mail, US Priority Mail, Japanese airmail and Japanese express mail EMS (email us for additional cost for EMS).  The shipping choice is up to our discretion.   Because of our new location in Japan, expect that your package will take an additional 3 to 6 days to arrive depending on the method of shipping.  The ONLY Shipping METHOD which has Tracking is JAPANESE EMS.

IF you have given your email address in your order you will receive a shipping notification within several days of ordering as to when your package was shipped out.

First class mail is for small envelopes or packages which weigh 13 ounces or less.    Priority mail is first class mail that weighs over 13 ounces and not more than 70 pounds.    

INSURANCE for USPS packages: If you wish to insure your packages shipped via first class or  priority mail. PLEASE contact us via email. We will tell you the cost of insurance and you can  pay us via paypal.IF the package goes MISSING in the postal system or DAMAGE occurs to uninsured packages we at Clawmark Toys are not responsible. We do our best to pack all items with care but once it leaves our hands we cannot do their job.

RETURN POLICY Clawmark Toys accept returns under these conditions: Your item(s) must be returned in the EXACT CONDITION as they were sent out; BEFORE returning your items you MUST contact us by phone, email or regular mail of your intent to return the item; you must return your items WITHIN 30 days of receipt of your package.  We charge a 5% administrative re-stocking fee on all returns except those items returned due to our shipping mistake.  You will receive a PURCHASE PRICE REFUND (OR STORE CREDIT) less the re-stocking fee IF you satisfy the above requirements.  If the return is due to our shipping mistake items still must be returned in the exact condition as when sent and we will reimburse you for your return shipping cost as long as you have contacted us and followed our return directions. Reimbursement will be in the form of a check or paypal as required. Thank you for your understanding.

NOTICE OF RESPONSIBILITY Once it is in the hands of the shipper we have done our part and cannot be responsible for the Post Service. Clawmark Toys does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage.  IF you insure your order and it is lost or damaged your claim must be filed with the post office.
