These are highly detailed vinyl figures that were released by Bandai Co. of Japan in 1998.  This is the First Issue from 1998 also known as the Movie Monster or Monster Island Series by Bandai. The first series came with a "blue" color tag. This first series is VERY HARD TO FIND!  They are made of thick vinyl that is not as flexible as the figures released after 2000.  They come with a folding type attached "Blue Tag". The tag condition is Excellent!   Godzilla 1989 (Heisei) style is articulated and stands approximately 6 inches tall.
