We were very fortunate to see the very latest Japanese Daikaju (Giant Monster) Movie DEEP SEA MONSTER RAIGA released in 2009 written and directed by Shinpei Hayashiya. We met Hayashiya-san in August 2009 and were able to obtain a few of the original theatrical posters.  RAIGA is a parody of giant monster movies but it delivers some solid monster action along with its satire. Shinpei Hayashiya, a great fan of monster movies provides plenty of scenes of monster mayhem but there are also some hilarious moments. Hayashiya is perfect for this undertaking as he is an avid monster movie buff and is a master Rakugo-ka or Japanese sit down comedian. The movie stars Yujikiro Hotaru known to most fans from the Heisei Gamera Movies and Godzilla Mothra King Ghidora Giant Monster All Out Attack. The posters are standard Japanese one sheet posters which measure in centimeters but are approximately 20 1/2 inches by 28 inches.
